Integrated Development Processes
We work with customers to understand what's needed, whether its design consultation for Design for Manufacturability or wanting to evaluate multiple durometers. We can support it.
Process Flow
We can work with most CAD files (.sldprt, .stp, .igs, etc.) to generate prototype molds. Once the mold is created we can mold one to hundreds of components, and can vary anything from color to durometer.
Collaborative Work Flow
We know that development takes multiple iterations. We aim to update tooling or process as needed. We are designed so that the "start/stop" doesn't injection long team times or pricing updates.
Mimicking Production Manufacturing
We leverage the methods to mimic production manufacturing processes so that the customer receives parts representative of what production units would look like
